Filing a DMCA Notice

Our Response Procedure
- Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2–3 business days.
- Review the claim to ensure it meets the requirements of the DMCA.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly if the claim is valid.
- Notify the content owner (if applicable) that the content has been removed and provide them with a copy of the notice.
- Confirm removal to you by email once the material has been taken down.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the removed material — a description of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Your contact information — your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement under penalty of perjury — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- Physical or electronic signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Vise TheLiveTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers of copyright. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
